• User-Generated Content: We store the custom frequency stacks you create, your favorited items, your activity log, and your daily goals to personalize your experience.
• Subscription Information: All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We only receive verification of your subscription status (e.g., active or expired) and do not handle or store your payment information.
• Health Data (Optional): If you choose to connect to Health Connect (on Android) or HealthKit (on iOS), we may access data you authorize, such as step count, resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep data, to display it within the App. We do not store this data on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Save your personal data like favorites, custom sessions, and activity logs so you can access them across devices.
• Process payments and manage your subscription status.
• Display health data from Health Connect or HealthKit within the app, if you have given permission.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations with third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We rely on the security protocols of our trusted partners like Supabase to keep your data safe.
